The cuisine of Tamriel is as diverse as the people who inhabit it. This section lists the cultural foodstuffs of major races throughout Tamriel.

- Balagog gro-Nolob — One of the greatest chefs of the Fourth Era, known publicly only as "the Gourmet"

- Donolon — Famous Breton chef of the Second Era
- S'jirra — Famous Khajiit chef of the Third Era
In addition to mortal chefs, some otherworldly entities are also associated with the art of provisioning. The Demi-Prince of Pastries is a daedric entity whose name suggests a connection to the art of confectionery.[1]
