The Improved Emperor's Guide to Tamriel is a 224-page illustrated leather-bound guide written and illustrated by the Imperial scholar Flaccus Terentius. It was included with physical copies of the Imperial Edition of The Elder Scrolls Online.
Flaccus Terentius is tasked by Chancellor Abnur Tharn to revise the outdated Emperor's Guide to Tamriel, and this book is the scrapbook the former kept with him on his adventure around Tamriel, with illustrations of the things he saw, tales of his journey, and notes from relevant texts. It covers Terentius's journey as he travels to various locations in every province of Tamriel, as he struggles to remain free of Mannimarco's and the Worm Cult's influence, and meets various characters that appear throughout ESO and the game's supplementary materials.
The guide can be read in full here.
