The UESPWiki – Your source for The Elder Scrolls since 1995
This page details the ten playable races in Blades. Although many NPCs also appear to belong to one of the ten races, they do not benefit from any of the bonuses. The mad Breton, Theodor Gorlash, can change your race in Town after Character Creation in exchange for 50 gems.
