Scenery[edit]
The following images were produced by artists Jeff Perryman and David Lee Anderson. Perryman drew the initial sketch, and Anderson painted them over. The scenery images were intended to be used as backgrounds portraits when interacting with certain gameplay interfaces, but the game design itself was greatly changed throughout development, and so much of this art went unused in the final game. However, most of the following images appeared in the Codex Scientia hint book, albeit heavily cropped, so they remain canonical depictions of the world of Tamriel.
